Namita Agarwal

Founder

Namita Agarwal has fifteen years of experience in succession planning. She provides personal advice to families, business houses and HNIs having wealth across various asset classes, across countries, and complex business structures, keeping in mind the religious laws applicable in India, the succession laws for each class of assets and cross border succession laws. Advising multiple families has honed her skills to provide appropriate advisory to clients for preparing their Wills, setting up of Family Trusts to create a multigeneration succession plan, cross border succession for NRIs, inheritance tax planning and mediation of family disputes. She graduated from HR College of Commerce and Economics. She then pursued her L.L.B. from Government Law College and Company Secretary course from ICSI. She is also an IMI certified mediator.

Pallavi Uzgare

Chief Relationship Officer

Pallavi is equipped with nearing two decades of rich experience in the broad spectrum of domains including Private Banking, Wealth Management, BFSI, Logistics as well as Telecom. Prior to joining India Succession, she was with Amicorp Trustees (India) Private Limited almost since its inception in 2012. Her key designation as a Senior Manager entailed, to oversee and be accountable and responsible for carrying out the activities pertaining to Client Relations and Operations. Prior to this, she was associated with Standard Chartered, Hutchison 3 Global Services Pvt. Ltd. and Writer Corporation.
